Spider-Man 2 Set to Swing onto PCs in January

Over a year has passed since Peter Parker and Miles Morales teamed up for their legendary crossover adventure on the Sony PlayStation 5. They’ll be swinging onto PCs at the start of next year.

Sony revealed at New York Comic Con today that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be released for PC on January 30, 2025, available on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Fans who got the scoop first were also treated to the unveiling of the new trailer for the game’s PC version.

The upcoming PC release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will offer two editions, each with numerous additional features and rewards for the patient PC enthusiasts. The “Standard Edition” includes the complete game along with all PS5 updates, introducing 14 new suits, “Ultimate Levels,” varied symbiote suit styles, and an action figure option in photo mode. The “Digital Deluxe Edition” presents five exclusive new suits for each of Peter and Miles, advance access to Peter’s Arachknight suit, Miles’ Shadow-Spirit suit, the web grabber gadget, and extra items for photo mode.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 showcases the iconic duo from the Spider-Verse (besides Stan Lee) in a sprawling rendition of the Big Apple, battling one of the broadest rosters of villains seen in comic book games. The pair confronts foes such as Kraven, Black Cat, and Scorpion, keeping some character revelations under wraps. Naturally, the fan-favorite character eagerly anticipated, with his deep voice and ominous presence, is the symbiote Venom.
